This pattern fits a 4 inch hoop on 14 count Aida Cloth.  My suggestion would be to stitch this flower on a colored cloth so the petals pop :)  

No fancy stitches here so it's perfect for beginner stitchers.

Also available as a kit or a ready-to-ship hoop.
